Conference spaces
Scenarios
The structure extends over a number of floors and the following conference spaces are available:
Level 1
Conference reception hall: enrolment desks with offices equipped for secretarial purposes at clients’ disposal, cloakroom space, bar, rest area.
Level 2
From the main reception hall there is access to 6 cinema screens which may be used for conference purposes: 2 rooms (n. 1 and 2) seating 165, 2 rooms (n. 3 and 4) seating 180 and 2 rooms (n. 5 and 6) seating 209.
Level 3
Spaces capable of being modulated:
- Scenario 1: Concordia room (seating 1.393) + multi-functional space (exhibitions/catering) of 727 sq.m.
- Scenario 2: Concordia A room (seating 750) + multi-functional space (exhibitions/catering) of 1.160 sq.m.
- Scenario 3: Concordia B room (seating 590) + Concordia C room (seating 436) + multi-functional space (exhibitions/catering) of 727 sq.m.
- Scenario 4: Multi-functional spaces 3° level of 1.848 sq.m. which may be used for exhibitions or catering.
Level 4
Spaces capable of being modulated:
- Scenario 1: Polissena room (seating 608) + Ginevra room (seating 85) + Violante room (seating 85) + Costanza room (seating 85).
- Scenario 2: Polissena A/B (A= seating 384; B= seating 176) + Ginevra A/B (A= seating 40; B= seating 40) + ViolanteA/B (A= seating 40; B= seating 40) + Costanza A/B (A= seating 40; B= seating 40).
- Scenario 3: Multi-functional spaces 4° level of 286 sq.m. + 580 sq.m. which may be used for exhibitions or catering.
Level 5 - Riccione City Eye
- Covered space for catering available for conferences: 585 sq.m. (280 sq.m. + 305 sq.m.) + open space of 250 sq.m.
